Kylie Jenner may have sold the majority of her business (a rumoured £463 million), but they’re already launching new products for 2020.
Some brands wait until February before launching new products, which I guess is down to January being a low spend month for many, after the expensive Christmas period.
Their newest launch is the Kylie Cosmetics KyLiner Liquid Liner Pen which launched today on the Kylie Cosmetics website. The KyLiner Liquid Liner isn’t a totally new launch, but according to their Twitter account, it’s a new formula that fans will ‘love’.

Kylie Cosmetics KyLiner Liquid Liner Pen
The new Kylie Cosmetics KyLiner Liquid Liner Pen has a brush tip application, for the perfectly precise liner. With a highly pigmented, and ultra saturated black formula that dries quickly, and it doesn’t fade or transfer so it lasts all day long, leaving a beautiful and precise line.
The Kylie Cosmetics KyLiner Liquid Liner Pen is available in two different shades; Black and Brown. The shades don’t have fancy names, but at least we know what we’re getting with them.
Both liners are $18 and are packaged in a black plastic pen, with a super precise brush tip applicator. The job looks so sharp and small which would be fantastic for creating the sharpest of wings, and being able to get close to the lash lines.
Liquid liners aren’t going to be revolutionary, and $18 puts the liners on the same sort of price bracket as Stila and Urban Decay. The nibs do look very sharp, and the images showing the liners on the eyes do tempt me.
The only downside for us in the UK are the customs fees when ordering from the US, otherwise I’d be tempted to give the brown shade a try.
Strangely enough, they don’t include a list of ingredients for either shade of the eyeliner which is weird, especially for an eye product as you want to know what’s inside the formula.
If you do want to know, I’d recommend perhaps emailing their customer service to see if they could provide you with an ingredients list.
