Kylie Cosmetics has launched a brand new product, and it’s the Kylie Cosmetics Kylie Friday Matte Lip Kit. It’s been a while since we saw a new lip kit join the range, especially after the entire brand’s Kylie Cosmetics rebrand earlier this year. This special launch has been created to celebrate Black Friday, with special packaging too.
Kylie Cosmetics Kylie Friday Matte Lip Kit
“The Kylie Friday Matte Lip Kit is a new, limited-edition shade exclusively for Black Friday. This Matte Liquid Lipstick and Lip Liner duo is the perfect ready-to-go lip routine that lets you create highly pigmented, long-lasting matte lip looks. Available in the shade Kylie Friday, a beige nude, this kit is cruelty free and vegan.“
The Kylie Cosmetics Kylie Friday Matte Lip Kit is $29, and the kit has sleek black packaging, with the iconic dripping lips design on the front, with two lip products inside which also have black packaging.
Usually, the Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kits have baby pink packaging with the dripping lips on the front, but as this launch is all about Black Friday, the packaging has had a vampy update.
I have to say, I much prefer it to their usual packaging. It somehow looks more luxe, and I wish they’d do more of this packaging design, with pink writing, instead of pink packaging with black writing.
The Kylie Cosmetics Kylie Friday Matte Lip Kit includes a lip liner pencil, and also a matte liquid lipstick in matching shades, for the perfect matching lip.
Kylie Cosmetics describe the special Black Friday shade as being a ‘beige nude’ but I feel like there’s a hint of pink. To me, it looks like a pink toned nude, and it’s a gorgeous shade regardless.
There’s no mention whether the Kylie Cosmetics Kylie Friday Matte Lip Kit is a limited edition lip kit, but the special packaging would suggest that it is, and it’s available right now.
