At the start of 2020, Kat Von D stepped aside from her makeup brand to concentrate on her vegan shoe brand, and the brand was renamed KVD Vegan Beauty.
I might be alone in thinking this, but when Kat was part of the brand, the products and names had such an edginess to them. Everything was unique and original, with fun names but XO just sounds so boring? Definitely not at all edgy or memorable like the names of the rest of their products. 
The KVD Vegan Beauty XO Lip Gloss Collection consists of seven shades, and they’re $19 each. Whereas the XO Vinyl Cream Glosses are $20, which is strange? This new formula is said to be all about the medium coverage, whereas the original XO formula was intense and opaque.

The KVD Vegan Beauty XO Lip Gloss Collection has clear and white plastic packaging, whereas the XO Vinyl formula has clear and black packaging in comparison. Almost like the brand’s Saint and Sinner fragrances in both black and white bottle designs.
The seven shades to choose from include;

- Magnolia
All seven shades appear to be relatively muted, and include different variations of nude to cater for different skin tones. KVD Vegan Beauty claim you can apply the KVD Vegan Beauty XO Lip Gloss Collection without needing a mirror, and they’re available for purchase right now.
