If you were a fan of the Kosas 10-Second Eye Gel Watercolor Eyeshadows, you may have been gutted to see them disappear from Kosas stockists recently. Now we know why… the formula has been upgraded to be “clean” with new shade names, and new packaging too.

Kosas 10-Second Eye Gel Watercolor Eyeshadows
“In an array of shades, 10-Second Liquid Eyeshadow is meant to be worn as a wash of color for the most modern take on a fresh eye look. The formula is carefully crafted with skin-benefiting ingredients to smooth and tone—that’s skincare for your eyelids. Keep the product upright while using it.“
The Kosas 10-Second Eye Gel Watercolor Eyeshadows used to have a frosted clear plastic tube with a black lid, but they didn’t really tie into the new Kosas aesthetic. Now, the packaging looks reminiscent of their brow gels, with purple lids and clear plastic tubes.
The liquid Kosas eyeshadows are described as being a clean, water-based, fast-drying, crease-resistant formula, for buildable, high-impact colour that stays all day.
They’re priced at $15, and some of the shades from the old range have been brought through to the new range, but they’ve changed names, so Kosas have made it easy for us to see the old / new name adjustments.
- Electric – warm iridescent pearl
