Koh Gen Do have just relaunched a brand new product, and it sounds like exactly what my dry skin needs. The Koh Gen Do Brightening Moisture Powder isn’t a brand new product. It was originally launched in early 2019, but was a limited edition launch and was phased out. However, due to popular demand, it’s back and now available via Beautylish.

The Koh Gen Do Brightening Moisture Powder is $62, and contains 9 grams of product. The product is packaged within a red, lacquered effect compact with a lid that lifts to reveal a handy, flat and rounded brush for application on the go. There’s a mirror in the lid, and the powder is protected by a secondary lid which is where the brush sits.
I can’t believe that this is a powder, as the marbled finish really does look like a cream, but it’s a powder which you can apply to set your makeup, or add luminosity to the skin. I have never tried anything from the brand before, but I really like the sound of the Koh Gen Do Brightening Moisture Powder although the $62 is definitely very pricey.
From reading reviews, it looks like this powder was very well loved by Koh Gen Do fans, and many enjoy using it to set their under eye area thanks to the moisturising formula. Normally when brushes come inside a compact, they’re either really rough or the wrong shape but the brush inside the Koh Gen Do Brightening Moisture Powder looks perfect for touch-ups, and for applying a sheer layer of powder under the eyes. If you are tempted to give it a try, it’s now available at Beautylish, and they offer shipping to the UK which is great!
