I’ve tried many Huda Beauty and Wishful products, but I’d never really explored Huda Beauty’s sister fragrance brand; Kayali. The Huda Beauty Kayali Invite Only | Amber 23 Eau de Parfum is the latest addition to the fragrance collection, having launched towards the end of August. I’ve tried a couple of the Kayali scents from fragrance samples in Fee lunique orders, but this was the first time I’d ever properly tried the Kayali brand.

Huda Beauty Kayali Invite Only | Amber 23 Eau de Parfum
“Seduction in a bottle, this bold, irresistible juice envelops amber resin and Madagascan vanilla mixed with Black Cherry, Honey de Provence and Tobacco Leaf to immediately pull you in. Touches of rose and citrus leaf create a soft yet tantalizing finish, leaving an incredibly long-lasting, hypnotic sillage behind you.”
The Huda Beauty Kayali Invite Only Amber | 23 Eau de Parfum is available in three different sizes, just like the other scents in the range. There’s a 10ml, 50ml and 100ml size.
Kayali have also launched this weekend, one of their duo rollerballs, featuring both the new Invite Only fragrance, and the Deja Vu White Flower scent, which you can wear separately, or layer together.
Whilst Huda Beauty is Huda Kattan’s brand, Kayali is owned by Mona Kattan, which is Huda’s sister. I don’t know if you follow Mona on social media, but she has the most incredible fragrance collection, with the basement of her house being filled with fragrances, so you know she definitely knows her stuff when it comes to perfume.
The Huda Beauty Kayali Invite Only Amber | 23 Eau de Parfum is housed within a beautifully luxe bottle, which has a faceted design, is gold chrome and has a crystal effect plastic lid.
Even the outer box is beautiful, and it’s the kind of box you could keep the fragrance inside, as it’s not like most fragrances, which come in a standard yet basic square or rectangular box.
With the Kayali full sized fragrances, you get more of a presentation box, which would look stunning on anyone’s vanity.
Let’s take a look at the notes of the Huda Beauty Kayali Invite Only Amber | 23 Eau de Parfum;
- Top Notes: Black cherry | Honey de Provence | Tobacco leaf | Chocolate hazelnut accord
- Middle Notes: Rose centifolia absolute | Rose damascena | Citrus leaf
- Base Notes: Oud oil | Cypriol | Firmenich musks | Amber resin | Benzoin | Sandalwood | Patchouli | Vanilla Naturally sourced
Invite Only Amber | 23 is so smoky, spicy and woody. The oud note is very prominent, so if you find fragrances like Tom Ford Black Orchid to be too overpowering, you may find Invite Only to be the same.
I love woody and spicy scents, and this is very much a sexy evening fragrance, which I think is quite unisex, actually. It’s strong, with powerful sillage, and it’s going to be so perfect over the winter months.
If I spritz Huda Beauty Kayali Invite Only Amber | 23 Eau de Parfum on my wrists, I can still smell it at the end of the day (8+ hours), which is rare for perfume. The only two fragrances in my collection which do this are DIOR Pure Poison and Thierry Mugler Alien.
Invite Only Amber | 23 won’t be for everyone, as it is so strong and woody, but if you like unique, beautiful scents which will make people ask you what you’re wearing, you have to give Invite Only a try. If you don’t fancy blind buying Kayali Invite Only, I’d highly recommend trying the duo rollerball set, which you’ll find right here.
