Kaja have launched a brand new product, and it’s for the base. The Kaja Joystick Brightening Undereye Setting Powder has launched in two different shades, with a unique packaging design to your average setting powder. If you’d like to find out more about this new powder, keep on reading..
Kaja Joystick Brightening Undereye Setting Powder
Kaja only recently launched three new products with their Kaja Mist Me Hydrating Face Mist, Kaja Balmy Bento Lip Balm and Scrub and Kaja Allota Colada Bento Bouncy Shimmer Eyeshadow Trio, so it’s quite possible they’re still playing catch up on the launches which were pushed back during spring and early summer.
The Kaja Joystick Brightening Undereye Setting Powder is $18 and available in the following two shades;
- 01 Bonus Banana – transparent with banana brightening powders for medium to deep skin
- 02 Power Up Pink – transparent with pink brightening powders for fair to light skin
Described as being a weightless, ultra-transparent, silky-smooth pressed powder for setting and brightening with no cakiness or white cast. Featuring joystick-inspired packaging that comes with a built-in brush for portable, mess-free application.
The packaging looks very cute, but bulky – I can’t imagine anyone wanting to take such a bulky product in their makeup bag for on-the-go application.
The Kaja Joystick Brightening Undereye Setting Powder is said to have a natural finish formula with brightening powders, which softly reflect light and brighten the appearance of dark circles.
It also contains silky, ultra-transparent powders to give a smooth look. The powders can be used alone to brighten the skin, or used over your favourite concealer or foundation to brighten and set. Level up by using this super-versatile powder to brighten, set, and touch-up your T-zone and face.
I’ve never seen a powder like the Kaja Joystick Brightening Undereye Setting Powder in terms of packaging. It does look very unique, but the before and after photos look a little bit suspicious as you can see in the reflection of the lip gloss that there’s a light shining on the ‘after’ side so it’s perhaps a little misleading.
You can see the photos a little better on the Sephora website, but especially for the ‘yellow’ powder, the light is very visible, so it’s not the powder that’s giving those brightening effects alone. If you like the sound of the Kaja Joystick Brightening Undereye Setting Powder, it’s available right now.
