Jouer officially launched their new Champagne & Macarons collection yesterday, which featured the Jouer Champagne Kiss Essential Lip Enhancer Shine Balm. The collection also included two face palettes, three lip glosses, this lip balm and also a box of eyeshadow trios.

Jouer announced a couple of days ahead of the collection’s launch, that the set of four eyeshadow trios was being pulled from sale due to issues with the eyeshadows cracking. You have to give the brand credit for doing that as they were essentially the star product within the whole collection.
They easily could have risked it, but they’ve shown their integrity to prevent the product from going live to prevent any potential disappointment, whereas other brands have pushed ahead with their launches, even when there’s been quality issues.
