The Jeffree Star Velour Lip Liners have been around for quite a long time now, but due to popular demand, the brand have reformulated their lip liners, so they are now better than ever. The Jeffree Star Velour Lip Liners Collection is described as being more luxurious than ever. They’re available in 26 different, highly pigmented shades that match up perfectly with their iconic Velour Liquid Lipsticks.
This new formula is said to have a stunning suede matte finish, with a creamier texture and allow for a multi-layer application, without build-up. They are launching this Friday – the 10th of July 10am PST / 1pm EST.
