The Jeffree Star Cosmetics Holy Mist Soothing Facial Spray launched as part of the new Pink Religion collection last week, and it’s the first ever skincare product from Jeffree Star.
We know Jeffree Star is launching an entire skincare collection later this year, so this Holy Mist Jeffree Star launch is a sneak peek at what we can expect later this year…
“Calm and refresh the skin with Jeffree Star Cosmetics Holy Mist Soothing Facial Spray. This Holy Mist soothing facial mist is formulated to help reduce redness and inflammation while deeply hydrating the skin. Spritz whenever you need a burst of hydration or a quick pick-me-up.”
The Jeffree Star Cosmetics Holy Mist Soothing Facial Spray is £20 / $26, and the Jeffree Star Setting Spray contains 80ml of product within a pink, translucent plastic bottle, with a white pump dispenser.
On the front of the Jeffree Star Mist bottle, there’s a gold foil cross to complement the Pink Region theme of the collection. I love a good facial mist, so I wanted to give this one a try to see what it was like, as it is the brand’s first attempt at skincare.
I’ve already shared a review of the Jeffree Star Pink Religion Stained Glass Mirror Hand Mirror, which is amazing, and this Jeffree Star Finishing Spray is just as impressive.
The Jeffree Star Cosmetics Holy Mist Soothing Facial Spray is enriched with dragon fruit extract, and wow it smells incredible. It smells like strawberry milkshake, and it’s one of the finest mists I’ve ever tried.
It emits the finest spritz over the skin, without leaving the skin looking wet, and it works nicely on bare skin as a facial mist, but also works nicely when applied over the top of my makeup to help banish any powderiness.
I honestly didn’t expect very much from this facial mist, but I love it, and I can’t stop misting it over my face, as the scent is amazing, but it really does have a soothing effect on the skin.
