I think the Item Beauty Brow Chow Ultra Fine Brow Definer has a cute name, and I love the packaging designs on the whole Item Beauty product range. This brow pencil has a silver and blue ombre design, and you rarely see blue packaging for makeup products in general.
The Item Beauty Brow Chow Ultra Fine Brow Definer is a precise angled brow pencil, similar to the ABH Brow Definer allowing you to be able to carve out the shape of your brows, and then fill them in with hair-like strokes.
On the opposite end of the brow pencil, there’s a buffing brush which looks similar to the luxe ARTIS brushes allowing you to buff and blend the edges for a flawless, natural finish to your brows. Usually you see brow pencils with spoolie brushes rather than brushes like these, so the Item Beauty Brow Chow Ultra Fine Brow Definer looks really unique.
