It’s been a while since we saw a new Illamasqua launch, but the Illamasqua Eye Paint Longwear Liquid Shadows are the brand’s latest launch, and they look like the prettiest liquid eyeshadow formula. If you’d like the low-down on these new super long wearing liquid shadows, keep on reading.
What Are The Illamasqua Eye Paint Longwear Liquid Shadows?
The Illamasqua Eye Paint Longwear Liquid Shadows are a collection of highly pigmented eyeshadows, which claim to deliver up to 12 hours of waterproof, transfer-proof colour.
This brand new Illamasqua Eye Paint formula offers up to 12 hours of wear, with a waterproof and transfer-proof formulation. One stroke of the Eye Paints will give you an intensely pigmented matte colour, or you can blend them out, for a more subtle and softer pop of colour.
Illamasqua describes the formula as being both lightweight and comfortable, allowing you to wear them alone, or layered as an eye base for powder eyeshadows.
The Illamasqua Eye Paint Longwear Liquid Shadows are available in eight different shades, and they are £19 each, for 5.5ml of product. All eight shades within the range are;
- Caffeine Fix
- Lapsang Fun
- Darjeeling Ink
- Chai Custard
- Ginger Mocha
- Matcha Chic
- Lavender Brew
- Rose Latte
I like that the shades include four bright and colourful shade options, and four neutral shades, so there are shades for everyone, depending on what you prefer for your eye makeup. Allowing you to use them as eyeshadow, eyeliners or eyeshadow bases.
The formula looks very pigmented and opaque, and all eight shades are matte. I’d imagine there will be a shimmer finish range added to the collection in the coming months (like Smashbox did), and these eight liquid eyeshadows are all available right now.
