We’ve seen a few festive Revolution launches recently, which is exciting, but the I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Collection might be the cutest festive launch they’ve released to date. The I Heart Revolution Tasty collection, is my favourite I Heart Revolution range, with amazing quality, but really cute themes too.
I unboxed the Tasty Christmas Hamper here on Makeup Muddle the other week, and the quality was fantastic, so I can only imagine the quality of this new collection being equally good.
“The sweetest collection has arrived! Step into a Wonderland of candy with I Heart’s Tasty Marshmallow range.“
The I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Collection is the cutest, winter themed makeup collection with nine products in total, featuring two eyeshadow palettes, two highlighters, one bath fizzer, three lip glosses and a set of beauty sponges.
All of the products have an adorable marshmallow theme, with the palettes having the 3D rubber lid design, like the rest of the Tasty range, but this collection has to be my favourite as the lids all have marshmallow scenes.
I can’t get over how cute everything is, and the collection all has lilac packaging, which looks so pretty. Let’s take a look at every product in the I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Collection…
I have to start talking about the I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Collection with the cutest product in the entire collection, and it’s the I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Blending Sponge Duo, and it’s £6 / $8.
“Did someone say the perfect blend? Nail your base with this two-pack of super cute makeup sponges in (almost) good-enough-to-eat marshmallow shapes! The unique shape allows for more precise blending in hard-to-reach areas as well as streak-free application with minimum product waste. It can be used with primers, foundations, powders, and any other complexion products.“
This adorable beauty sponge duo is shaped to look like pillowy soft marshmallows, in both pink and white. They just look so cute, and they look like they’re super soft too. I hope they perform as good as they look, as they’re so sweet.
The I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Collection includes two eyeshadow palettes, with an eighteen pan palette and a mini eight pan palette. The packaging is cute, with a wintery gingerbread house scene, and lilac packaging.
“The I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Eyeshadow Palette is a winter treat of warm winter nudes and pops of festive colour. The 18-pan palette of mattes and shimmers has you covered from a chilled daytime look, to full-on winter glam.“
The I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Collection features a mostly cool toned pink, lilac, and neutral colour story, with a pop of yellow and a pop of red. It’s such a pretty colour story, and I love how many shimmers there are in the palette. The shades in the palette are;
- Strawberry Cream
- Marshmallow Creme
- Campfire Treat
- Candy Syrup
The second palette is the I Heart Revolution Mini Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Palette is £6 / £8, and features eight powder shadows in a mix of shimmer and matte finishes, with a 50/50 split.
“For easy, on the go winter glam, the Mini Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland has you covered with eight blendable, pigmented shades from nudes to warm purples in gorgeous mattes and shimmers – all encased in the cutest collectable packaging.”
This eight pan palette features a cute mug of hot chocolate, with a little marshmallow man inside the mug. I can’t deal with how cute these designs are, but this palette is deeper compared to the eighteen pan palette.
The I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Collection features three different Shimmer Lip Glosses, and they’re £4 / $6 each. They have clear plastic tubes, lilac lids and cute little marshmallows all over them to complement the marshmallow theme of the collection.
“Treat your lips to this Marshmallow Lip Gloss, a clear gloss that glides on and leaves lips with a white and lilac pearl shimmer. Perfect on its own, or when used as a topper for your favourite lipstick.“
The I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Collection features two beautiful highlighters, and they’re both so beautiful. This shade of the highlighter is the Hot Chocolate Highlighter.
“Accent your features and add an instant, irresistible glow with the Hot Chocolate highlighter, a soft gold for medium to dark tones.“
The lid of the compact is designed to look like the top of your hot chocolate mug, with a little marshmallow man swimming away. Have you ever seen such a cute highlighter packaging?
Revolution describes this shade as being a ‘soft gold’ but I’m not seeing any gold? It looks like a pink toned champagne, but it could look completely different in ‘real’ life.
The second highlighter in the I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Collection is the Sugar Cookie Highlighter. The lid of this highlighter is designed to look like an iced sugar cookie.
“Accent your features and add an instant, irresistible glow with the Sugar Cookie highlighter, a pink shimmer for lighter tones.“
I feel like the shade descriptions on the two highlighters might be on the wrong product, as they describe this shade as being for light skintones, whereas the Hot Chocolate Highlighter is for deep skintones, but this shade is considerably darker than the other shade. They’re both very pretty, but the shade descriptions have to be on the wrong shades. I love that both highlighters have a pretty pan design on them too.
There is one more product within the I Heart Revolution Tasty Marshmallow Wonderland Collection, and that’s a Bath Fizzer, but it looks like it hasn’t been added to the Revolution sites, but it’s bound to be cute if the makeup products are anything to go by, and the whole collection is available right now.
