The I Heart Revolution Tasty Coconut Eyeshadow Palette launched back in May, as part of the I Heart Revolution Tasty collection. All of the palettes within the Tasty collection feature a 3D, raised rubber packaging design on the lid, and they’re all themed around different food items.
“Go coco-nuts for the I Heart Revolution Coconut Palette. Like a sweet slice of summer, this super-fresh 18 pan palette is perfect for your everyday tropi-cool looks.
Featuring a mix of warm matte neutral hues and tropical shimmering metallics with shade names inspired by coconuts. From dreamy lilac shimmer ‘Paradise’ to baby pink matte ‘Piña Colada’, gold shimmer ‘Islands’ and chocolate matte ‘Natural’, you’ll have all the colours needed to go loco and get creative!”
The I Heart Revolution Tasty Coconut Eyeshadow Palette is £10 / $15, and features eighteen powder shadows in a lilac plastic palette. On the lid, there are two halves of a coconut with some coconut palm leaves, and the colour story of this palette is just beautiful, and unlike anything we’ve seen from Revolution so far.
Inside the I Heart Revolution Tasty Coconut Eyeshadow Palette, the shades are all cool toned, and it’s rare to find a palette which is 100% cool toned. Cool toned palettes are my favourite, especially if they feature a lot of shimmers, and there’s a total of eleven stunning shimmer and foiled shades in this palette.
I Heart Revolution Tasty Coconut Eyeshadow Palette Swatches
- Coco Cream
- Pina Colada
- White Sands
I cannot rave about this palette enough. It’s absolutely beautiful, and the quality of the shadows is some of the best I’ve ever tried from Revolution. Nearly all of the shimmer shades in the I Heart Revolution Tasty Coconut Eyeshadow Palette are foiled, which is rare for I Heart Revolution palettes.
I love that you can create a multitude of cool toned looks from this palette, but also it works amazingly as an accompanying palette for warm toned palettes too. If you’ve never tried any of the Tasty palettes, but have been tempted to give one a go, please give this one a try, as it’s one of the best drugstore palettes, and it’s only £10 / $15, which is great value.
