It’s been a while since we saw a new sixteen pan palette from I Heart Revolution, and the I Heart Revolution Party Pooches Eyeshadow Palette is set to launch very soon. It’s the second ‘pooch’ themed palette from the brand, as they launched the Revo-Pooches Palette a year ago.

I know the I Heart Revolution Party Pooches Eyeshadow Palette isn’t going to be for everyone, and to be honest, it’s not for me. However, the palette features four dogs that belong to the Revolution team which is really sweet.
This I Heart Revolution Party Pooches Eyeshadow Palette has the same format as the original, except it has the four pooches dressed in party wear. It’s pretty cute, and unlike any other palette we’ve ever seen.
This palette appears to have a cool toned theme with a few colours, whereas the original was mainly neutral toned with nude shades. If you like the look of this new palette, it’s available right now.
