I Heart Revolution Halloween 2021 Collection
The I Heart Revolution Halloween 2021 Collection is actually a continuation of a collection which launched last year, which was themed around Magic Spells, and initially launched with some spell book style eyeshadow palettes.
Well, they’ve run with that theme with three new palettes, three lip and some bath products too.
The first products within the I Heart Revolution Halloween 2021 Collection are three new eyeshadow palettes, and they all have the same Magic Spells book format as their previous palettes. Each palette contains 18 power shadows, inside cardboard packaging.

The first of the three new palettes is the I Heart Revolution Ghost Stories Eyeshadow Palette, which is a smokey, cool toned palette with cute ghosts and bats both on the outside of the palette, but on the inside, surrounding the mirror too.

The second palette in the I Heart Revolution Halloween 2021 Collection is the I Heart Revolution Wishes and Dreams Eyeshadow Palette. This is a very pink palette, with a teapot on the front, and shooting star detailing on the matte pans.
