The Huda Beauty Legit Lashes Waterproof Topcoat has been announced as one of two lash themed launches for the brand, alongside a new miniature sized version of their Legit Lashes Mascara. Keep on reading to find out more….
The Huda Beauty Legit Lashes Waterproof Topcoat has been designed to be a lightweight top coat which you can layer over the top of any mascara (including the Huda Beauty Legit Lashes Mascara) to make it longer lasting, and also waterproof.
Huda Kattan describes it as being her secret weapon to ensure her mascara stays perfect all day long, no matter what she’s doing. Whether she’s sweating it out on the cross trainer, having a pool day with Chris, or running around with Nour, her mascara doesn’t budge an inch when she applies this game-changing topcoat.
Huda lives in Dubai, where she describes the humidity as being ‘crazy’ and she says the Huda Beauty Legit Lashes Waterproof Topcoat works to stop her mascara smudging or transferring in the heat.
“This formula is unlike any other I’ve ever tried – it’s waterproof, tear-proof, sweat-proof, smudge-proof – it’s pretty much life-proof! The clear jelly-like texture features film formers and resins to transform your regular mascara into a waterproof sister.
It’s combined with a polymer complex, so it’s super lightweight, comfortable, and flexible, which basically means it doesn’t weigh down your lashes or distort the shape.“
The Huda Beauty Legit Lashes Waterproof Topcoat is said to have a precision injected brush which glides onto the lashes, and evenly coats even the tiniest lash.
Huda says she enjoys using the product on her lower lashes, as it’s a mini precise brush. Plus, the formula is ophthalmologist tested and suitable for contact lens wearers. If you want to give this product a try, it’s available to shop online on July 20th and in-stores on August 17th.
