If you’re a fan of the quirky makeup brand; Glamlite, they’ve just announced the launch of the Glamlite Street Taco Palette on the 21st of April.
If you’re already a Glamlite fan, you might be confused as they already have a Taco Palette. Keep on reading to find out more…
Glamlite Street Taco Palette
Glamlite are the brand behind the Pizza Eyeshadow Palette which went viral, and was featured all over YouTube and social media.
People went crazy for that palette, and nobody had really heard of Glamlite before the palette went viral. What really surprised people, was that the palette had insanely gimmicky packaging but the quality was actually very good.
Since the success of their Pizza palette, they’ve launched numerous food inspired palettes including their Taco Palette.
The Glamlite Taco Palette is $38 and contains fifteen powder shadows in a palette the shape of a taco. It’s a pretty bulky palette, and the Glamlite palettes weren’t exactly travel friendly.
However, Glamlite listened to their fans and they’ve just announced the first palette with a brand new mini series; the Glamlite Street Taco Palette which is just one palette from the new upcoming Glamlite 2 Go collection.
We don’t know how small the Glamlite Street Taco Palette is going to be, but the brand describe the new size of palette as being compact.
And interestingly enough, the Glamlite 2 Go range will feature all new colours, so if you like the look of the Glamlite Street Taco Palette, you don’t have to worry if you already own the full size Taco Palette.
This is the full sized Taco Palette, and the shades inside. The sneak peek of the Glamlite Street Taco Palette shows just six shades right now, but I’ll update the list once we get to look inside – we now know all 10!;
- Pico de Gallo
- Repollo Rojo
- Carne Asada
- Al Pastor
- Red Onions
From the six shades we can see within the Glamlite Street Taco Palette, there’s mattes and shimmers, and they look more vibrant and prettier than the original shades in my opinion. Plus they’ve kept their Taco shape, just in a smaller and more compact version.
