The Garnier Micellar Waters are one of the most popular range of micellar waters within the drugstore. They have launched a brand new version for 2020, and it’s the Garnier Micellar Rose Water Cleanse and Glow.
The Garnier Micellar Waters started with the ‘pink’ version which was designed for sensitive skin, but thanks to the Garnier Micellar Rose Water Cleanse and Glow, there are now five different micellar waters and two micellar cleansing gels.
Garnier Micellar Rose Water Cleanse and Glow
The Garnier Micellar Rose Water Cleanse and Glow is the micellar water for you, if you’re looking for an effective and gentle cleanser which will remove your makeup, and unleash your skin’s inner glow.
In just one simple step, the make-up, impurities & dirt will be removed, while also brightening dull and sensitive skin. Recognised by the British Skin Foundation.
How does it work? This All-in-One cleanser is enriched with:
Micelles: cleansing agents that capture make-up, impurities and dirt like a magnet & lift them away from skin. The gentle formula effectively cleanses, without leaving skin dry.
Rose Water: known for its brightening properties, infused into a formula with an irresistible scent to boost your skin’s glow.

Aqua / Water, Hexylene Glycol, Glycerin, Rosa Damascena Flower Water, PPG-26-Buteth-26, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Arginine, Poloxamer 184, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Disodium EDTA, Propanediol, Citric Acid, Salicylic Acid, Myrtrimonium Bromide, Linalool, Limonene, Parfum / Fragrance, (F.I.L B241612/0)
The Garnier Micellar Rose Water Cleanse and Glow is £6.99 and available in a 400ml version which is currently just a Boots exclusive.
Garnier tend to launch their micellar waters in the large 400ml size first, and then create a more travel friendly 100ml version a few months later, so hopefully they decide to do the same with this new cleansing water of theirs.
The Garnier Micellar Rose Water Cleanse and Glow is designed for those with dull and sensitive skin, and the marketing message for the micellar water is #SwipeandGlow. Garnier claims that you don’t need to rub your cotton pads when removing your eye makeup, as the micellar water penetrates the makeup for easy and gentle removal.
Even though it’s only launched this week in Boots, there are over 100 glowing reviews on the Garnier website if you wanted to read what other people thought after trying the formula out for themselves.
