Use whenever you please—solo, before or after applying Brow MVP Ultra Fine Brow Pencil & Styler. Apply wax in short strokes all over the brow, then use the built-in styler to brush through and set into place.
In the big scheme of things, the Fenty Beauty Brow MVP Sculpting Wax Pencil isn’t the most exciting of beauty launches, but it’s unique. Every other brand launches brow gels, so to see a solid wax stick is refreshing.
