When the news broke back in July, that Feelunique were launching a monthly subscription box,; the Feelunique Beauty Subscription Box. I couldn’t wait to try it. It’s a brand new monthly service, and you have the option to purchase one off boxes, or do a monthly subscription. If you’d like to find out more, keep on reading…
“Looking for the best beauty box subscription? Introducing Beauty Box, the sampling service that lets you pick the products you really want to try.
Treat yourself to the best in beauty with your choice of five deluxe samples. No disappointments or random shades, just the deluxe sample delights you’ve picked, straight to your door.“
The Feelunique Beauty Subscription Box is different to the likes of Glossybox and Birchbox, because it’s a build-a-box service. If you hate the surprise element of a beauty box, this subscription is perfect for you, as you’re the one choosing which products you’re going to receive each month, so there’s no surprise disappointments.
You can choose to purchase a one-off Feelunique Beauty Subscription Box, or choose a 3,6 or 12 month subscription term, and you’ll be able to choose your own products every month, which is amazing, and I couldn’t wait to give it a try. You also get a really cute, very well made drawstring bag too, which is a nice extra, but you can opt to not receive the bag too which is great.
Let’s take a look at which products I chose in my Feelunique Beauty Subscription Box for August.
First up is the Bed Head by TIGI Masterpiece Hairspray in a 80ml travel-sized can. This is my holy grail, number one favourite hairspray, and I must have repurchased it more than ten times over the years. So when I saw this hairspray included I had to choose it, as it’s a nice size for your handbag for taming frizz on-the-go.
The next item in my Feelunique Beauty Subscription Box is the Dermalogica Melting Moisture Mask in a 10ml sample size. It is a tiny sample, but it’s a product I’ve been wanting to try for ages, so this was the perfect opportunity to try.
The last three products in my bag for this month, are all makeup products. First is the Bite Beauty Upswing Mascara, and it’s a 5.5ml size, which I thought was quite a generous size for a mascara, with a natural bristled wand. Bite Beauty only just launched in the UK, so it’s exciting to have the mascara included within the box selection for August.
The Feelunique Beauty Subscription Box had me sold as soon as I saw Natasha Denona products included, and I chose two Natasha Denona products. First is the Natasha Denona Zendo Eyeshadow Single in the shade Sense.
It’s 0.4g, but if you’ve never tried Natasha Denona eyeshadows, you only need a tiny amount of product, so this size will last forever. It’s the prettiest bronze, and I wasn’t tempted by Zendo, as it’s not my kinda colour story, but this shade is one I loved the look of, so I’m happy to have the shade as a single.
Lastly, the brand new and recently launched Natasha Denona Macro Blade Liquid Liner, and I couldn’t believe this liner was in the product selection. I’m so excited to use this super precise liquid eyeliner pen, and it looks like an amazing eyeliner pen. I’m so impressed with my first month’s Feelunique Beauty Subscription Box, and I can’t wait to see what’s available next month, as this month’s selection is fantastic..
