The Farmacy Beauty 10% Waterless Vitamin C Serum features 1% alpha-arbutin and ferulic acid, which work together to visibly even skin tone and reduce the look of hyperpigmentation, while upcycled tangerine peel hydrates and boosts moisture without irritation.
