We saw the new Estee Lauder Double Wear Sheer Flattery Loose Powder launch last week, and it looks like they’re perhaps meant to be used together, as they both have similar, squared shaped compacts.

The Estée Lauder Double Wear Soft Glow Matte Cushion Makeup is $49, and features a refillable cushion insert, allowing you to purchase refills to insert into the compact to save money, and reduce packaging too.
To me, the Estée Lauder Double Wear Soft Glow Matte Cushion Makeup is interesting as it’s marketed as being “matte”, which you never see with a cushion foundation.
They tend to be quite sheer and luminous, so it’s intriguing to see that this is neither of those things, as it’s part of the Double Wear range, which is known for long lasting high coverage.
Estee Lauder claims the skin is protected thanks to broad spectrum SPF36 to defence against both UVA and UVB rays. It’s said to be ideal on the go, the refillable compact comes with a sponge applicator and a refill cushion included.

There are more shades in Asia however, with there being; 1W1, 1W2, 2WO, 2CO and 3W1 available, so it’s a shame there aren’t more shades available in the US / UK.
