It’s always exciting whenever Essence launch a new collection, and the Essence What’s Your Fruit Mood? Collection is their newest addition to their range.
We only recently saw the launch of the Wanna Bee My Honey Collection, so it’s surprising to see another collection launch so soon, but many brands are behind on their collection launches after the last few months.
Essence What’s Your Fruit Mood? Collection
This adorable new collection is themed around fruit, which is very fitting for a summer collection. There’s a mixture of makeup and skincare products, and everything is so amazingly affordable, just like the rest of the Essence product range.
First up within the Essence What’s Your Fruit Mood? Collection is the Essence Mini Lip Set, which contains a Mini Liquid Lipstick and a Mini Jelly Lip Gloss.
The lipstick is said to have a coconut scent, whilst the lip gloss has a grapefruit scent. They come in a cute little plastic pouch, and are just €2,45.
The next item in the Essence What’s Your Fruit Mood? Collection is the Essence Grapefruit Lip Balm, which is in the ‘shade’ 01 Grab The Fruit! This balm comes in a cute grapefruit shape, and the lid unscrews to reveal a pretty pink coloured balm, and it’s just €1.95.
Then we have the Essence What’s Your Fruit? Watermelon Fan which is a little bit random. I know fans are popular now, as people like to use them to help their setting sprays dry quicker, which might be why the Essence What’s Your Fruit Mood? Collection includes one. This fan is wooden, with a pink, white and green design for €2.95.
I really love the look of the next product, and it’s the Essence Jelly Primer in 01 – Be The Coolest One In A Melon! This jelly consistency primer has a watermelon scent, and contains 25ml of product for €2.45.
Next up in the Essence What’s Your Fruit Mood? Collection is the Essence Refreshing All Over Mist SPF25 which sounds amazing.
It’s an aerosol facial spray featuring an SPF of 25, in a 50ml sized can for €2.95. Not only does this spray contain SPF, but it also has a delicious grapefruit scent too! It sounds perfect for applying over the top of your makeup for a refresh, and additional SPF protection.
If you love Essence nail polishes, there’s two within this collection in the shades; 01 – Let’s Melong Together! and also 02 – Be My Main Squeeze! They’re so affordable too, at just €1.45 each.
Both of the nail polishes are miniature sized bottles, but they’re also scented too. Let’s Melong Together is a bright red with a watermelon scent, and Be My Main Squeeze! is a muted pink with a grapefruit scent.
Then we have the Essence What’s Your Fruit Mood? In The Mood For Mixed Fruit Brush Set, featuring four makeup brushes – with two for the eyes, and two for the face in a cute little plastic pouch.
They look like miniature brushes with clear acrylic handles, and pink metallic ferrules, as well as bright white bristles. This cure little brush set is just €3.95 which isn’t bad for four makeup brushes and they’re nice and travel friendly too.
The very last product within the Essence What’s Your Fruit Mood? Collection is the Essence What’s Your Fruit Mood? Mini Fixing Spray, which contains hydrating coconut water, and I imagine will have a subtle coconut scent too. It is a mini size, and it’s on sale for €1.95.
So that’s the whole collection wrapped up. Everything is so sweet, and I love the fruity scents across all the products. It’s currently a mainland Europe exclusive collection, but once it reaches the UK and US, I’ll be sure to update this post.
