I am loving Essence so much as a brand right now, and they’ve launched so many fantastic products within the last few weeks including the Essence Pure Nude Sunlighter Palette.
Highlighter palettes are everywhere right now, so it’s not that exciting when a brand launches a new one, but this palette really caught my eye and it looks so luxe for such an affordable palette.

Ingredients
SYNTHETIC FLUORPHLOGOPITE, TITANIUM HYDROXIDE, TALC, DIMETHICONE, ETHYLHEXYL STEARATE, BIS-DIGLYCERYL POLYACYLADIPATE-2, ETHYLHEXYL PALMITATE, STEARYL DIMETHICONE, MAGNESIUM STEARATE, SYNTHETIC WAX, OCTYLDODECYL STEAROYL STEARATE, OCTADECENE, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL, BHT, TIN OXIDE, PHENOXYETHANOL, CI 15850 (RED 7 LAKE), CI 16035 (RED 40 LAKE), CI 19140 (YELLOW 5 LAKE), CI 77007 (ULTRAMARINES).
The Essence Pure Nude Sunlighter Palette in 10 Sunlighter Reload contains four powder highlighters, inside a cardboard packaging palette.
The front of the palette has a textured, rose gold foil effect which looks so beautiful compared to the typical highlighter palette you’d find in the drugstore, and this palette is just $9.99 / €5.99.
The Essence Pure Nude Sunlighter Palette has been created for deeper skintones, and is one of two highlighter palettes that have been inspired by the Essence Pure Nude Sunlighter which is one of their bestselling products.
This palette features four beautiful powder highlighters, with a mainly warm undertone. So many brands make highlighter palettes with one icy shade, two golds and then one deep shade, and that just isn’t going to work for everyone as it’s either going to be too pale or too deep.
So the fact Essence have created two highlighter palettes to cater for deep skin, and also lighter skin is fantastic.
The Essence Pure Nude Sunlighter Palette is for deeper skin, whilst the Essence Pure Nude Highlighter Palette has lighter shades – and gold foil packaging, so it complements the rose gold of the Sunlighter palette.
The swatches look so pretty, and glowy, especially the photo of the model wearing one of the shades on the skin. It’s crazy that this palette is under €6, and it’ll launch in Wilko very soon.
