The Essence Make Me Glow Baked Highlighter has launched as a brand new highlighter for Essence. Rewind to 2019, most beauty influencers were raving about the Essence Pure Nude Highlighter, which was a pretty, baked highlighter, but it was discontinued.
Well, if you were gutted that the Pure Nude Highlighter was discontinued (in Europe – it’s not discontinued in the US), this new highlighter looks very similar, especially the swatches. Keep on reading to find out more…
What Is The Essence Make Me Glow Baked Highlighter?
The Essence Make Me Glow Baked Highlighter is a new, baked highlighter containing 7.0g of product within a circular plastic compact, with a clear, domed lid. The packaging is very similar to the Pure Nude Highlighter, and with the same amount of product too.
“The make me GLOW baked highlighter impresses with its velvety soft, baked powder texture, which is very easy to apply. Shimmer accents on the cheekbones, on the temples or the heart of the lips emphasize the facial contours and make the complexion shine.“
Essence Make Me Glow Baked Highlighter Swatches
The Essence Make Me Glow Baked Highlighter is a beautiful golden champagne colour, with a metallic finish. In some of the swatches above, the highlighter appears to give almost a wet-look sheen to the skin.
Essence describes the new baked highlighter as having a velvety, shimmering texture for a radiant complexion. On the models, it looks stunning on the skin, without looking powdery, glittery or chunky, and for the price, it’s an amazing highlighter, and it’s available right now.
