The Em Cosmetics Heirloom Collection has been revealed as the latest collection from Michelle Phan’s makeup brand. Em Cosmetics had shared some cute forest and floral images on Instagram to tease the new collection, and now we know the collection two new beautiful shades of their iconic Radiant Veil Blush.
Em Cosmetics Heirloom Collection
“Introducing Heirloom, our first limited edition Heaven’s Glow Radiant Veil Blushes. Inspired by the sunny glow of persimmons and the whimsical aura of cherubs. Designed with a limited edition Cherub compact to treasure forever. Cherub is a soft, warm baby pink that dances with gold shimmers to create a luxurious powder imparting radiance and luminosity for multidimensional color and a warm diffused glow.“
The Em Cosmetics Heirloom Collection includes two limited edition shades of the brand’s bestselling Em Cosmetics Heaven’s Glow Radiant Veil Blusher.
The permanent range features five different shades, but this is the first time the brand has launched limited edition shades.
Right now, it’s unknown how long these two limited edition shades will be available, but it’s interesting that they’ve chosen to make them limited edition rather than being permanent like all of the Radiant Veil shades we’ve seen them launch to date.
Key Benefits
- Baked in Italy this powder blush feels soft and blends seamlessly for an ultra-natural glow and skin-like finish
- Unique mixture of pearlized powders and cream are combined, pressed and baked for 12 hours resulting in a fine, radiant and blendable formula
- Three-dimensional quality that reflects a soft focus for a blurring effect on the skin
- Buildable formula that layers beautifully for sheer to rich color
- Multi-functional powder is safe for use on the eyes as an eyeshadow for a monochromatic look
It’s strange how the Em Cosmetics Heirloom Collection is called a collection for just two blushers. I did wonder whether we’d see a new shade of their Color Drops Serum Blush, or lip products to complement the shades of the two blushers, but it looks like it might just be the powder blushers.
The two shades of the limited edition blushers within the Em Cosmetics Heirloom Collection are;
- Cherub – a soft warm baby pink. (baby pink and gold pearlized pigments create luminosity and radiance without heavy shimmer or glitter)
- Persimmon – a vibrant orange marigold. (yellow, orange and gold pearlized pigments create luminosity and radiance without heavy shimmer or glitter)
Both shades look very pretty, and are great additions to the range, even if it’s only for a limited time. I love the look of Cherub, and Persimmon looks as if it’d look stunning on medium to deep skintones, and both shades are available right now.
