ELF have announced their latest collection, and it’s a collaboration. The ELF x Jen Atkin Collection, is in collaboration with, you guessed it, Jen Atkin; the founder of Ouai, and they’ve created a whole collection of products. If you’d like to find out more about this new collab, keep on reading…

ELF x Jen Atkin Collection
“Let’s e.l.f.ing do this! NEW e.l.f. xx @jenatkinhair is here 😍 The collection of every day essentials created by the founder of @theouai and @maneaddicts, celebrity hairstylist and e.l.f.ing super mom drops on elfcosmetics.com on 4/5 for Beauty Squad Loyalty Program members (it’s free and easy to join!) and 4/7 for non-members. The collection will also be available online and in stores exclusively @ultabeauty“
Whenever there’s a new launch, I always like to give my personal opinion on a new collection, as well as giving you factual information. I have to say, this collaboration really surprised me.
I’ve never seen Jen mention ELF before on her Instagram, and they’ve collaborated with influencers previously (like JKissa) who have been vocal ELF supporters, so it made sense.
I think it looks like a beautiful collection, but it’s just a surprise that’s all, but it’s great she’s collaborated with an affordable brand, so the collection is accessible for everyone.
The ELF x Jen Atkin Collection is launching on the 5th of April for ELF Beauty Squad Members, and will be on general sale on the 7th of April.
If you want to become a Beauty Squad member, it’s completely free. You just register on their site, and that makes you a Beauty Squad member, and will mean you can have access to new collections before general sale. Let’s take a look at the products within the collection…..
The first products within the ELF x Jen Atkin Collection are two palettes. The ELF X Jen Atkin Let’s e.l.f.ing Do It Full Face Palettes are $14 each, and they contain four eyeshadow shades, and three cheek powder shades.
“Achieve Jen’s signature chic makeup look with the only palette you’ll ever need.
This all-inclusive face and eye palette features a complete range of universally flattering shades, including: 4 luxe eyeshadows, 1 sun-kissed bronzer, 1 sheer-matte blush, and 1 shimmery highlighter to create Jen’s go-to gorgeous glow. Choose from 2 palettes that complement all skin tones.“
The ELF x Jen Atkin Collection Face & Eye Palettes contain 18g of product, and have clear plastic lids with a white plastic base. They’ve been created to allow you to do your eyes, bronzer, blush and highlighter all-in-one, and the two different palettes are said to complement all skintones.
There’s a Light Medium Palette and also a Medium Deep Palette too. I think they’re pretty palettes, especially if you like matte shades on the eyes and face.
“When it comes to hair, Jen is a pro—and this 2-in-1 pomade works double duty to set and define your brows, plus tame flyaways and baby hairs at your hairline.
This pro-level, long-wear clear formula is easy to use and universal for all hair colors and skin tones.
It also features a unique micro-brush that evenly distributes product to ensure all hairs look smooth and stay put. It’s perfect for tossing in your purse and touching up on-the-go.“
Next up in the ELF x Jen Atkin Collection is the ELF x Jen Atkin Hair & Brow Clear Pomade Gel $6. This is a clear gel in a plastic tube, with a white brow gel type brush which can be used to set the brows in place.
But it can actually be used on the hair to help tame and slick down any flyaways. This product makes perfect sense seeing as Jen owns a haircare brand, and it’s fab that you can use the gel on the brows and the hair, which technically you could do with any clear brow gel, but for $6 it’s super affordable.
The next product within the ELF x Jen Atkin Collection is the Mist Me? Hydrating Coconut Facial Mist $8, and is a lightweight facial mist that hydrates skin and refreshes makeup with an irresistible coconut scent.
- Easy mist application instantly renews skin before and after makeup
- Lightweight formula infused with soothing and nourishing ingredients
- Moisturizes skin and refreshes makeup throughout the day Invigorating coconut scent
- Great for all skin types
“One perfect liner, zero effort. Enhance your eyes in one swipe with this highly blendable, cream-to-powder eyeliner pencil.
From clean-line definition to diffused, smokey eyeshadow vibes, you can easily swipe, smudge, and smolder the formula into your favorite long-wear look that makes an impact. Available in 2 sultry shades.”
Then we have the ELF x Jen Atkin Zero Effort Liner, which is available in two shades and is $5. There’s a black shade (Jet Set Black) and a chocolate brown (Brown to Earth) shade, and they both look to be super pigmented.
The last products within the ELF x Jen Atkin Collection are the ELF x Jen Lip Duos. You can purchase the lip duos individually for $8 each, or purchase them as part of a three-piece set for $20.
“Can’t choose just one? This complete set features all 3 Jen Atkin XXTRA Lip Duo shades—Red-y to Go, Se.l.f. Made Pink, and Bring it on Brown—lets you shape, enhance, and match your pout to your mood.
Line and define your pout with the blendable liner; then, flip it and swipe on the complementary creamy lipstick, delivering smooth, vibrant color and a rich, matte finish with XXTRA pop.“
The XXstra Duo Lipstick and Lip Liner is a 2-in-1 lip duo which gives you a retractable lip liner, and a lipstick in matching shades to both line and fill in your lips. The three shade line-up includes a brown toned nude, a statement red and also a mauve pink.
So that’s the entire ELF x Jen Atkin Collection. All of the products within the collection have white plastic packaging, and clear lids which looks quite sleek. I like that the prices don’t appear to be massively inflated, even though it’s a collaboration, and you can find the collection right here.
