ELF Retro Paradise Primer Glow Oil
This new ELF Retro Paradise Primer Glow Oil has been created to help us achieve glowing, radiant skin. This tropical elixir-infused primer has a lightweight oil formula that absorbs quickly.
Using the oil will help to impart a glowing sheen on to the skin, which can be worn alone, or used to prep your skin for makeup. It has been infused with a tropical scent to transport you to paradise.
Directions
- Use fingertips to apply 2-3 drops onto clean skin.
- Allow oil to fully absorb before applying makeup for best results.
- Mix into foundation for added glow.

The ELF Retro Paradise Primer Glow Oil is packaged within a clear glass bottle, with a glass pipette dispenser. You only get 15ml of product within the bottle which really isn’t very much at all, but because it is an oil, a little might go a long way.
