ELF have introduced a brand new eyeliner to their range, and it looks like a great Hourglass dupe. The ELF No Budge Precision Liner is the latest addition to their No Budge collection, alongside their Shadow Sticks and Retractable Eyeliners.
ELF No Budge Precision Liner
“Say hello to bold and daring eyes that don’t budge! The performance of No Budge Eyeliner in an ultra thineasy to apply tip.
This precise gel eyeliner glides onto your lash line or waterline seamlessly, giving you a defined look. Its high pigmented formula is long wearing and transfer resistant, no touch ups needed here.”
The ELF No Budge Precision Liner is described as being an ultra-skinny gel eyeliner for precise application. It’s a retractable eyeliner pencil, and is currently only available in a Black shade, and knowing ELF, I imagine they’ll introduce more shades in the future.
Key Benefits
- Long-wearing, smudge-proof
- Gel formula glides on smoothly for flawless application
- Highly pigmented
Directions
Apply the eyeliner onto you lash line or waterline starting outward while working your way into the inner corner. Glide over as needed.
The ELF No Budge Precision Liner is $5, and looks remarkably similar to the Hourglass 1.5mm Mechanical Gel Eyeliner which is $18, so if the formulas are comparable, this ELF version would be an amazing, more affordable option! If you want to check out the new ELF micro liner, it’s available right here.
