ELF Hydrating Core Lip Shine Collection
The ELF Hydrating Core Lip Shine Collection includes eight different shades, and are $6 each. Described as being a melting lip balm with heart shaped core that moisturizes lips while adding a sheer tint of colour.
These new lipstick and lip balm hybrids, have been created to be a 2-in-1 melting lip balm which combines an outer shell with a hint of colour, and an inner heart shaped core which is packed with skincare benefits.
The ELF Makeup formula is infused with vitamin E to give your lips the nourishment they’ve been looking for, whilst imparting a pretty tint to the lips.

Directions

I love the look of these lipstick / lip balm hybrids, and the heart shaped core looks so cute. The formula and appearance looks very similar to the Clinique Moisture Surge Pop Balms, so maybe these ELF lipsticks will be a good dupe for the Clinique version, especially as the claims are so similar too.
