ELF Halo Glow Liquid Filter Glow Booster
The ELF Halo Glow Liquid Filter Glow Booster is a multi-purpose, liquid glow booster infused with skin-loving ingredients to give your complexion a soft-focus social filter effect IRL.
It’s priced at $14, and contains 31.5ml / 1.06 fl. oz of product, and is designed to help you achieve a flawless glow with ‘the only filter you’ll ever need’.
This innovative complexion booster is a makeup/skincare hybrid, and has been formulated with an infusion of squalane and hyaluronic acid.
Both of which work to enhance the appearance of the skin, whilst imparting a soft-focus radiance, giving a more youthful, dewy glow to the skin.
The ELF Halo Glow Liquid Filter Glow Booster can be worn alone on bare skin, worn as a primer underneath your makeup, mixed with your foundation for a fresh and dewy finish, or lastly, it can be used a liquid highlighter to illuminate the high points of the face.

ELF Halo Glow Liquid Filter Glow Booster Swatches
The ELF Halo Glow Liquid Filter Glow Booster is available in eight, flexible shades;
- Fair
- Fair / Light
- Light / Medium
- Medium

- Tan / Deep
- Deep / Rich
- Rich
ELF are marketing the shades as being 8 flexible shades that work beautifully across all skin tones, meaning multiple skintones can use each of the 8 shades.
This liquid highlighter is housed within a bottle that’s very similar to the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter.
With the 4-in-1 illuminator being housed within a clear glass bottle, a round cap, and a chunky doefoot applicator. For ELF, the packaging does look a little more luxe compared to other launches of theirs, and the glass bottle is so sleek.
The ELF Halo Glow Liquid Filter Glow Booster joins the existing ELF Halo Glow Setting Powder, and the formula sounds remarkably similar to the Charlotte Tilbury version, but is the ELF Halo Glow Filter a Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter dupe?

I have the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter, and looking at the claims and swatches, I’d say yes!

From the name and packaging, it’s obvious ELF were trying to create their own version with the launch of the ELF Glow Liquid Filter, and for a fraction of the price, which is very exciting, and it’s available right now.
