It’s hard to find truly innovative beauty products, but the EcoTools Brush Cleansing Sheets are unlike anything else I’ve ever seen before. EcoTools create great, affordable makeup brushes and tools, and these sheets are designed to be an eco-friendly option for cleaning your brushes.
EcoTools Brush Cleansing Sheets
Priced at $7.99, the EcoTools Brush Cleansing Sheets contain 30 single use dissolvable sheets designed to remove makeup from brushes using less water.
The EcoTools Brush Cleansing Sheets have 100% plastic free packaging. The sheets are made from biodegradable paper and are plantable. They supposedly have a seeded sticker that can be planted, and will grow into wildflowers when planted which is such a cute idea.
Directions
Place cleansing sheet on the textured side of the lid. Wet makeup brush bristles and add a couple drops of water directly to the sheet. Swirl makeup brush to create a rich lather in the lid. Add water and additional soap as needed. Lay tin flat and open to dry.
Its a shame that EcoTools haven’t shared a photo of what the sheets actually look like, as I’ve got no idea what they would be like. It’s such a cool, unique idea but it’ll be interesting to know how many brushes can be cleaned per sheet? If they do save money and water, they’re a great concept but at $8 for 30 sheets, I’m just not sure how cost effective they’ll be?
