Disney themed beauty collections are always popular, and the Dose of Colors Donald Duck & Daisy Duck Collection has been revealed as the latest, special edition collection for Dose of Colors.
The last launch from Dose of Colors was their collaboration with Nyma Tang, with the two stunning lip kits, and the Dose of Colors Donald Duck & Daisy Duck Collection is another collaboration, except this one is with Disney.
Dose of Colors Donald Duck & Daisy Duck Collection
This collection celebrates the love and friendship between Donald and Daisy, and the collection features five products. So compared to some Disney themed collections, it’s quite a small collection, and whilst it might be small, it’s still perfect for fans of both Donald and Daisy.
Dose of Colors have confirmed that their Dose of Colors Donald Duck & Daisy Duck Collection will launch on the 23rd of June (Wednesday) at 8am PST, and I’m not sure if the products will be available at other stockists like Feel unique. Let’s take a look at what’s inside the collection…
Firstly, we have the Dose of Colors Donald & Daisy Eyeshadow and Bronzer Palette, which is $39 and features six powder eyeshadows and one powder bronzer within cardboard packaging. Both ducks are featured on the front cover, and the bronzer features a kissing design of the two ducks, which is too cute.
The shades within the palette include;
– Classic: matte jet black
– Fab: light gold base with pink refelcts
– Iconic: marsala base with multi color reflects
– Attitude: lilac base woth pink, blue & lavennder reflects
– XOXO: matte carnation pink
– Mood: matte dusty plum
– Oopsy Daisy (Bronzer) : satin soft brown
It’s such a pretty palette, with some really interesting shimmer shades, and an equal mix of three mattes to three shimmers. I feel like it’s a palette both Disney fans and makeup fans in general will love and appreciate, as it is so pretty.
Next in the Dose of Colors Donald Duck & Daisy Duck Collection is the All That Sass! Donald & Daisy Lashes, which are $15 and are housed within a sweet pastel pink lash box, with Daisy fluttering her lashes on the front, as well as inside the box too.
They claim to deliver length and volume, without feeling heavy on the eyes, as well as a flexible band that can be trimmed to fit eye shape. They’re such fluttery lashes, and look like they’re a style which Daisy would wear.
The next product in the Dose of Colors Donald Duck & Daisy Duck Collection is the Gimme That Lip Liner Pencil, which is $14, and is a retractable lip liner with pastel pink packaging.
There’s just one shade, and that’s Gimme That Lip, which has been created so it matches both of the two lip products within the collection. Dose of Colors claim it’s a light brown, and is a long wearing lip liner delivers transfer resistant high coverage color with a matte finish.
As I mentioned above, the collection features two lip formulas; a lip gloss and a liquid lipstick. Firstly, the Dose of Colors Donald Duck & Daisy Duck Collection features the Donald Duck Velvet Mousse Lipstick.
It’s $18 and is described as being a light brown with a pink undertone. The formula is a velvet matte, and claims to feel comfortable yet flexible on the lips.
The final product within the Dose of Colors Donald Duck & Daisy Duck Collection is the Daisy Duck Lip Gloss, which is $17, and is said to be a clear pink base with fuchsia and baby blue reflects.
The gloss claims to have an high shine and high pigment formula which feels smooth, and silky on the lips.
