Dolce and Gabbana aren’t the only brand that have launched an intense version of a popular fragrance, with YSL and Lancome both launching intense editions within the last couple of weeks.

The Only One Eau de Parfum Intense builds on the floriental legacy of The Only One line with a captivating and alluring new scent. Like the woman it represents, the sophisticated fragrance is an intricate combination of intense and solar sensuality.
Intensely feminine and irresistibly seductive, its unique signature scent lies in the surprising combination of sparkling Italian mandarin, dazzling gold orange blossom contrasted with hypnotising black vanilla.
The Ingredients:
Top notes of sparkling Italian mandarin, crisp green apple accord and golden neroli essence open the fragrance to create a radiant floral heart. Notes of dazzling gold orange blossom mingle with the sensual notes of jasmine absolute, and are softly enveloped by creamy, lush coconut essence, which lends a warm and sunny aura to the scent. Smooth, warm notes of dark vanilla in the base amplify its addictive quality, underpinned by grounding cedar and cashmere woods.

Maintaining the architectural graphic lines of The Only One, the bottle is now reinvented in glamorous black, the iconic colour of DOLCE&GABBANA, to reflect the hypnotic intensity of the fragrance within. The Dolce and Gabbana The Only One Intense Eau de Parfum is available in 30ml, 50ml and 100ml sizes, priced between £57 and £101. The bottle design is so fitting for an intense fragrance, with a chunky shiny black bottle and lid, with gold detailing around the lid.
It looks like an intense fragrance, if there was a ‘look’ for an intense version of a fragrance. There have been a few different versions of ‘The One’, and I’ve only ever tried the original. Dolce and Gabbana The Only One Intense is said to be a woody white floral with great longevity too.
