Deciem announced a very exciting launch today; ghd Deciem The Ordinary High Coverage Concealer which is joining the brand’s ‘Colours’ collection.
They launched foundations a fair few years ago now, so it’s strange they waited so long before launching their The Ordinary concealers. Hopefully they’re worth the wait. Keep on reading to find out more…..

Deciem The Ordinary High Coverage Concealer
The Deciem The Ordinary High Coverage Concealer is available in 21 shades, and the shades are said to mirror 21 of the shades of their foundation range, which will hopefully make it easy to find your perfect shade match. Just like the foundations, the concealers are categorised by tone; Y for yellow, P for pink and R for red.
“A high-spreadability suspension system that offers very high coverage with a real skin finish. Packaged with a thin nozzle applicator for precise and easy application, this formula allows high pigments to look natural on the skin, and resists collecting in fine lines. Available across a 36 shade range.
The shades are divided into four categories: 1 for lighter tones, 2 for medium tones, 3 for dark/deep tones, and 4 for deeper tones. Each category is then classified further by a second digit from 0 to 4 to indicate depth within each category. Finally, a letter is added to the shade code to identify the undertone: P (Pink) and R (Red) indicate cool undertones; N indicates a Neutral tone; Y (Yellow) indicates a warm undertone.“
This new concealer is packaged within a black, plastic, squeezy tube and the formula is said to feature a special suspension system which allows the pigments to spread easily over the skin without collecting in lines and wrinkles.
The Deciem The Ordinary High Coverage Concealer is available right now, and is available for under $6 / £6 which is more affordable than most drugstore concealers, and I can’t wait to give it a try!
