There’s a brand new January launch for Danessa Myricks, and it’s the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powders collection. If you’d like the full lowdown on this brand new collection, keep on reading…
Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powders
”This powder is formulated with upsalite technology for unrivaled blurring and oil control. This Swedish technology creates a soft focus, smoothing effect on pores and fine lines. Create the perfect flush of color on cheeks and lips with ease.”
The Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powders are a range of six buildable, soft matte formula blushers, that blurs and smooth.
They can be worn on both the cheeks and the lips with all day wear. They’re each housed in circular compacts, with clear lids.
In the description, they’re said to be balm powders. They look like creams in the swatches, but it sounds like they offer the easy application of a cream blush, but with the longevity of a powder blush.
Key Ingredients
- Upsalite: Supports and absorbs excess sebum and sweat while maintaining skin hydration.
- Olive-Derived Squalane: Known to support oil production and diminish visible signs of aging.
- Hyaluronic Acid: Promotes skin hydration.

Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powders Swatches
The six shades available in the Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powders collection are;
- Rosé n Brunch – neutral rosy pink
- Jubilee – soft terracotta
- Bellini – poppy golden peach
- Golden Hour – vivid orange nectar
- Primadonna – vibrant hot pink
- Dancing Queen – vivid plum
For each skin tone (from Fair to Deep), the brand has included three shade recommendations from the six shades on offer.
As well as recommending this formula, for those with oily, combination and normal skin types. So the formula might not be the most forgiving on drier skin types.
Each of these blurring balms are $25, and they contain 6g / 0.21 oz of product. I think the packaging looks really sleek, with no bulky or unnecessary packaging, and they’re available right now.
