Danessa Myricks Twin Flames Multichrome Pigment Review / Swatches

I am obsessed with multichromes. Totally and utterly obsessed with the colour changing, shifting effects, so the Danessa Myricks Twin Flames Multichrome Pigment was a product I couldn’t wait to try.

My love for multichromes started with the Natasha Denona Chromium Liquid Eyeshadows, which were limited edition, and I tried one, was instantly wowed, and I had to buy the rest. Sadly, they’ve since been discontinued, and I’ve been looking for the perfect, permanent replacement.

The Danessa Myricks Twin Flames Multichrome Pigment is a liquid which can be used on the eyes or face, but I bought multiple shades to use as liquid eyeshadows, but it’s good to know they can be used on the face should you want to.

They’re £22 / $26 each, and you get 2.5ml of product, which isn’t a lot, but multichrome pigments are extremely expensive, so every brand offering liquid multichromes will only give you a small amount of product.

However, the Danessa Myricks Twin Flames Multichrome Pigment has a super pigmented formula, and you only need one swipe of the doefoot for opaque coverage, so whilst you do get a small amount of product, a little goes a long way, and the Danessa Myricks Twin Flames Multichrome Pigment is more pigmented than the Natasha Denona Chromium versions, and are £3 cheaper.

I had to share three photos of the swatches, to try and give you a good representation of the colour shifts. This particular shade is called Sweetheart, which is described as being an olive green and walnut.

This shade of the Danessa Myricks Twin Flames Multichrome Pigment shifts from a bright green, to a khaki green and to a bronze. It’s quite remarkable, and is mesmerising on the eyelids. It’s just so beautiful, and so pigmented with multidimensional sparkle. I have three other shades to share here on the blog very soon, but Sweetheart is definitely one of my favourite shades… it’s just stunning.
