The Covergirl Lash Blast Lash & Brow Serum features a special and unique brush which coats the lashes and brow hairs with conditioning gel from root to tip.
The brow growth and lash volume serum is infused with bamboo extract, biotin, peptides, and castor oil for thicker, fuller, and stronger lashes and brows.
Directions
Apply to bare lashes from root to tip like mascara and brush wand through brows like brow gel. When using under mascara, let the serum set but not completely dry.
