It’s been a big couple of years for Covergirl, since they became a cruelty free brand, and they launched a whole clean collection.
The Covergirl Lash Blast Clean Volume Mascara is the newest product to launch within the Covergirl Clean range, which will please those that love the original and iconic Lash Blast Mascara, but have been waiting for a clean formula.
Covergirl Lash Blast Clean Volume Mascara
The Covergirl Lash Blast Clean Volume Mascara isn’t the first clean mascara for the brand. They launched the Clean Fresh Mascara back in August.
However, this new mascara launch is a new formula of their bestselling and award winning Lash Blast Mascara. So it’s exciting they’ve been able to create a clean version of their popular mascara.
“Create the high-volume lash look of your dreams with Covergirl Lash Blast Clean Volume Mascara.
The volumizing mascara has a clean, vegan formula free of parabens, sulfates, talc, and mineral oil that’s infused with argan and marula oils, leaving lashes feeling conditioned.
This long-lasting vegan mascara creates 10x the volume of bare lashes with no smudging or clumping.
The brush applicator separates and defines for longer, fuller lashes. To use, start at the base of your lashes, wiggle the brush from side to side from base to tip to lift and shape; layer as desired.“
The Covergirl Lash Blast Clean Volume Mascara is available in four different shade variations;
- Black
- Black Brown
- Pitch Black
- Very Blast
Something to consider though, the new Covergirl Lash Blast Clean Volume Mascara is $7.99, and the original is $6.19, so it’s a shame it’s a little more expensive, but cleaner formulas in general tend to be pricier than those that aren’t as the ingredients tend to be more expensive.
Covergirl have opted for a mint green colour for the packaging on their clean version of the mascara. The original version is bright orange, so I like the more muted mint green colour, and it complements the ‘clean’ vibe of the Clean Collection.
