The ColourPop Y2K 4Ever Collection has been announced as being the latest ColourPop collection, and it’ll be launching later this week. Yesterday, news broke on their new Disney collaboration also launching this week, but there’s also this 2000’s themed collection too.

“Time to log-on and update your status, besties.🦋💕💟 we’re traveling back to the 2000’s for the Y2K 4EVER Collection! Don’t stress, we brought the butterfly clips too! ☮️ launching August 12th at 10am PST on colourpop.com!”
The ColourPop Y2K 4Ever Collection is designed to transport us back to the 2000’s, and I kinda feel like the Lizzie McGuire Collection was a soft launch to test how popular a 2000’s themed collection would be, and that collection was super popular, so I can imagine this collection being equally popular.
The ColourPop Y2K 4Ever Collection features beautiful, pastel packaging, with a digital butterfly vibe across all of the products, and everything is just very cute, and perfectly themed with the shades and product names across everything.
In this collection, there are five new five pan eyeshadow palettes;
- New Millennium
- Digital Playground
- Just A Glitch
One of the palettes is themed around pastel pinks, one is themed around lilacs and the third and final palette is mint and lilac. I love all three palettes, and there’s cute little embossed patterns on the matte pans within each palette.
Next in the ColourPop Y2K 4Ever Collection are three shades of their So Juicy Lip Gloss, and they’re all very shimmery, and very 2000s, with a purple, gold and pink shade, laden with shimmer and sparkle.
If you like ColourPop highlighters, the collection includes two Super Shock Highlighters, one of which is lilac, and the other is pink, with the soft shimmery Super Shock formula.
The collection also includes the ColourPop Just a Tint Lip Tint Duo, in pink and purple shades, which would both complement the shades of the glosses within this collection too. They’re nice and balmy crayons, and look to be shimmer-free, if you’re not a fan of the shimmery glosses.
The last pieces within the ColourPop Y2K 4Ever Collection are three shades of their Super Shock Shadow formula, which look to include a pink, lilac and purple. I love their Super Shock Shadows, so I’m always happy whenever ColourPop launch new shades within their collections.
It’s a really pretty collection, and is perfect for a 2000s themed collection. I really like the look of the eyeshadow palettes, and Super Shock Shadows, and the collection will be launching on the 12th of August.
