ColourPop have made a very exciting reveal, that the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration is happening. Back in 2018, there were hints of a The Powerpuff Girls collaboration, when a well known member of the ColourPop staff shared some black and white swatches.
Alongside the swatches, were a Powerpuff Girl sticker on the Instagram Story, so it would appear that the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration has been in the works for a very long time!
The first hint of the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration, was ColourPop sharing a video of pink hearts, and at the bottom of the video, was a Cartoon Network credit.
If you’ve ever watched the Powerpuff Girls, you’ll know those hearts were part of the show’s credits, so it was undeniably going to be a The Powerpuff Girls collection.
When ColourPop shared their first video on their grid, the comments section was filled with excitement guessing which products could be included within the collection.
Now it’s been officially confirmed as being the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration, and it launches on the 14th of July right here on the ColourPop website…
ColourPop have shared a sneak peek video, of some of the products inside the collection, and the packaging on everything is just amazing.
Some were worried ColourPop wouldn’t be able to pull off the theme, but it looks like they’ve seriously smashed it! Everything is so colourful and fun, and the colours for the packaging complements the three girls perfectly.
The last ColourPop licensed collaboration was with Malibu Barbie, and it was the first licensed collaboration from ColourPop not to sell out on launch day, but I think that’s maybe because Barbie beauty collaborations are quite frequent.
Whereas the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration is considerably more exciting, and there’s already a lot of buzz and excitement on social media ahead of the full reveal later today!
So, which products are included within the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration?
- ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Pressed Pigment Palette (which looks to be a 12 pan palette, with the three girls on the front inside a cute loveheart)

The first product within the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration is the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Pressed Powder Palette, featuring twelve shades, all of which are inspired by the three Powerpuff Girls, and other characters within the show too.
People have been giving ColourPop a seriously hard time lately, for them releasing less colourful palettes, which I think is ridiculous, as the brand knows what sells for them, and they’re going to launch whatever they know will sell.
Well, those that love to moan about the lack of colourful palettes will hopefully stop moaning now they’ve seen this palette, as it’s super colourful.
Inside the palette within the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration, you get a row of neutrals, some greens, some blues, pinks and red. Some of the shades have raised patterns on them too, with a star, heart and flower on the pans which is really cute.
The shades within the palette are;
- Prof. Utonium
- The Mayor
- Crime Fighting
- Pokey Oaks
- Chemical X
- Girls Rock
- The Fashionistas
- Rowdyruff Boys
Next up in the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration is the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls The Day Is Saved Rollerball Gloss Kit, which is a 3-piece lip gloss set, with a gloss for each of the three Powerpuff Girls.
Each of the three glosses have clear tubes, with a printed Powerpuff Girls design on each tube. The glosses appear to be all clear, with different scents, and they’re the rollerball glosses.
Next up in the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration is the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Fourth Ray Beauty Sugar, Spice & Everything Nice Lip Mask Duo.
This is a two-piece set featuring overnight lip masks, one of which is in a blue jar and one is in a pink jar. There’s super cute holographic designs on the lids, and I can only imagine how amazing they smell, like all of the Fourth Ray Beauty Lip Masks.
Then we have two powder blushers; the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Fighting Crime Powder Blush and the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Saving The World Powder Blush.
Each of the two blushers have cardboard packaging, with heart shaped pans, and they’re both super bright colours. One of the blushers has baby blue card board packaging, and the other has pink cardboard packaging, both of which have heart shaped mirrors inside the lids too, which look cute.
One is a bright matte magenta (Fighting Crime), and the other is a bright matte peach (Saving the World), which matches the packaging perfectly, and they both look like shades which will work for deeper skintones too.
It’s a star shaped bath bomb, which is likely to spin within the water once it begins to effervesce, which will be pretty cool. It’s a pastel blue colour, and I’m excited to find out what it smells like.
If you like the ColourPop eyeshadow sticks, the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration features three brightly coloured shades, with a shade to match each of the Powerpuff Girls.
There’s a bright green shade called Mojo Jojo, a pinky red shade called Him, and a bright blue shade called Princess Morbucks. Even the boxes have amazing packaging, and these are so bright and fun, to complement the shades within the palette.
The very last items within the ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration are hair accessories, and there’s a set of hair clips for each of The Powerpuff Girls, with one pink set, one green set and one blue set.
I am particularly excited to see the collection feature a SOL BODY Bubble Bath Bar. That’s so unique and different, and the idea of the three rollerball lip glosses ties into the era when The Powerpuff Girls were at their peak popularity, and you’ll find the whole ColourPop x The Powerpuff Girls Collaboration right here.
