Well, who would’ve guessed ANOTHER new ColourPop collection would be launching so soon? The ColourPop Wild Child Collection has been revealed as the latest collection coming our way, and it’s set to launch on the 21st of January (Thursday). If you’d like to find out all about the new ColourPop Wild Child Collection, keep on reading…
This particular collection is themed around neutrals and animal print, and looks remarkably similar to Kylie Cosmetics animal print collection from last summer.
I wonder if ColourPop saw how popular that collection was, and decided they wanted to tap into the animal print popularity. In fact hers was called Wild Thing and this one is called the Wild Child Collection, so they’re pretty similar.
So which products are included within this collection?
- 🍂Wild Child eyeshadow palette
- 🍂2 NEW pressed powder blushes: Jet Set, Trippin’
- 🍂3 NEW super shock shadows: Run Wild, Basic Instinct, Free Reign
- 🍂3 Lippie Stix: Brat pack, Sassy, Oh Behave
The ColourPop Wild Child Collection is particularly fun as the products all have themed packaging, with chocolate brown coloured Super Shock Shadow casing, Lippie Stix casing, and even the two pressed powder blushes.
It’s a gorgeous collection, and I want it all! There’s quite a few comments on social media about the two blushes being quite light in tone, and they’re not very inclusive. I do agree that ColourPop needs to create some more inclusive shades in each of their collections, to make them work for everyone.
The ColourPop Wild Child Collection swatches look so beautiful, and I think ColourPop have done an amazing job at choosing shades which reflect animal print. I’m a massive fan of their Super Shock Shadows, so I think they’d be my favourite piece from the collection. I love anything animal print, so I’m all over this collection, and I can’t wait to pick everything up.
