The ColourPop Secret Stash Mystery Box is one of three mystery boxes ColourPop launched back in August, and I bought all three when they first launched.
It looks like they’ve now been removed from the ColourPop website, which is annoying as I’m still waiting on one to arrive, but I wanted to show you what’s inside the two I do have, just incase they return.
ColourPop Secret Stash Mystery Box
Mystery boxes are always popular, especially if they offer amazing value for money, and the three ColourPop boxes did. There’s a small, medium and large box which range in price from $29 to $89, and it’s the medium size I’m missing, but this is the ColourPop Secret Stash Mystery Box, which is the smallest of the three boxes.
The first item in my ColourPop Secret Stash Mystery Box is the ColourPop Pressed Glitter in the shade Cuteness. ColourPop describe it as being a copper with large gold glitter, and I don’t use pressed glitters like this, so it’s not something I’d use personally, but it’s a nice neutral shade regardless.
Next, I got the ColourPop Act Natural Defining Mascara in the shade Black. This mascara launched a couple of months ago, and I hadn’t ordered it, so I’m happy it’s inside the box, and I really like natural brushes on mascaras, and it sounds like a nice formula too.
The next item in the ColourPop Secret Stash Mystery Box, is the ColourPop Jelly Much Shadow in the shade Saguaro. The Jelly Much Shadows aren’t my favourite, as they dry out insanely quickly, and this shade is hard inside the jar, which is a real shame as it look’s like such a pretty colour.
Next is a product from Sol Body, and it’s the Sol Body Shimmering Dry Oil in the shade Sterling Silver. This shade is described as being a vivid true silver with pinpoints of silver pearl, and can be applied to the hair, skin and body for a pretty glow.
The ColourPop Secret Stash Mystery Box includes two lip glosses, and the shades are identical, which is a little strange. First we have the ColourPop Ultra Glossy Lip Lipgloss in the shade Here’s 2U, which is described as being a prismatic pink.
The second gloss is the ColourPop Lux Lip Oil in the shade Gen Zen, which is a warm pink with gold pearl. It’s such a pretty shade, but I do wish there was some variation of gloss within the box, but they’re both very wearable shades of shimmery pink.
The last item in the ColourPop Secret Stash Mystery Box is from the Animal Crossing 5 Star Island Pressed Powder Palette. When the boxes were announced, it mentioned they’d feature products from their collabs, and this four-pan palette is a pretty, pink and yellow themed palette.
So that’s the entire line-up of the ColourPop Secret Stash Mystery Box. Considering the box is only $29, it’s amazing that you’re getting $110 worth of products, and it’s a great way to try more from ColourPop, so hopefully they’ll come back in stock very soon.
