As soon as March is over, the summer collections will begin to launch, and the ColourPop Limoncello Collection has been revealed as the latest ColourPop collection, and looks like the perfect spring to summer transitional collection.
I’m the biggest ColourPop fan, but I have to admit many of their collections can be a little repetitive but the ColourPop Limoncello Collection is unlike anything we’ve seen from ColourPop before, and the design across the whole collection is just beautiful.

ColourPop Limoncello Collection
ColourPop have the best design team, who clearly spend a lot of time deciding upon the packaging designs, shades, and shade names. The entire ColourPop Limoncello Collection has a stunning Mediterranean summer vibe to it.

The catchphrase behind the whole collection is ‘when life gives you lemons, make limoncello.’ If you’re unsure what limoncello is, it’s an Italian lemon liqueur, and this whole collection gives me Mediterranean and Amalfi Coast vibes.
All of the products within the ColourPop Limoncello Collection have a blue ceramic tiles design to the boxes, with lemons. It’s so fun and summery, and the summer theme is extended to the packaging of the products inside the boxes too.
The first piece within the ColourPop Limoncello Collection is the ColourPop Limoncello Pressed Powder Palette. It features twelve pressed shadows in a mixture of matte, shimmer and metallic finishes.

This palette includes some really gorgeous shades, with some vibrant pops of blue, mustard and gold, with some neutrals.

The shades complement the Mediterranean theme, and some of the metallics look as if they could be duochrome too. Inside the palette, there are the following shades;
- Tuscan Fun
- Fly Girl
- Easy Peasy
- Limone Squeezy
- Touring
- Amalfi
- Serenade
- Capri
- The Grotto
- Semifreddo
- Vespa
- La Festa
My favourite shades would have to be Capri, Fly Girl and Serenade, but it’s a beauty of a palette. I imagine it’ll be $18 like their other twelve pan palettes.

The ColourPop Limoncello Collection also includes some beautiful cream eyeshadow sticks, which is something new for the brand.
With the ColourPop Riviera Cruisin’ Shadow Stix Set, featuring four twist up cream eyeshadow sticks – two of which are matte, and two of which are shimmer.

The four eyeshadow sticks have lemon yellow plastic packaging, and a colour coded band around the base of the stick, so you can tell them apart. The four shades within the set are;
- Citrus Squeeze (shimmer)
- Cool Breeze (shimmer)
- Style & Ease (matte)
- Check Please (matte)

You’re getting one bright blue, one warm toned milk chocolate brown, a bright orange toned gold and a chartreuse.

They look so pretty, and I wish they would sell them individually as they’d be so popular. Perhaps it’s a soft launch, and a taste of what’s to come with a whole line of eyeshadow sticks?
Then we have the pretty ColourPop Limoncello Collection Makeup Brush Set, which includes both face and eye brushes.

Each of the brushes have pastel lemon yellow handles, bright gold metallic ferrules and lemon and white synthetic bristles.
No ColourPop collection would be complete without something from their Sol Body sister brand, and for the ColourPop Limoncello Collection, there’s the Sol Body Citron Crush Mini Glow Oil.

As well as the Sol Body Shimmering Dry Oil. I can only imagine how lovely they both smell, and they’ll create a pretty summer glow on the skin.
Just like most ColourPop collection, the ColourPop Limoncello Collection features a product from their Fourth Ray Beauty skincare brand, and the product in this collection is the Fourth Ray Beauty Glisten Up! Energizing Face Mist.
Which appears to contain golden shimmer to impart a pretty radiant glow. It claims to have an illuminating and glowing effect on the skin.
Next up in the ColourPop Limoncello Collection are the Blush Stix, with three shades to lust after.

These blusher sticks are creams which you can apply directly to the cheeks and blend out with your fingertips or beauty sponge, and the shades are;
- Cottage Life (peach)
- Picnic Time (medium pink)
- Coastal Drive (terracotta)
The last items within the ColourPop Limoncello Collection are the ColourPop Limoncello Collection Lux Glosses, with four different shades to choose from. They each have a lemon yellow lid, clear plastic tube and gold foil Mediterranean design.
- Italian Ice (clear)
- Gelato (browny red)
- Biscotti (browny nude)
- Panna Cotta (peach)

I love the Lux Glosses, so I’m always happy to see new shades in new collections, and I feel like these gloss shades complement the shades of the Blush Stix really nicely.
As you can see, the ColourPop Limoncello Collection is a really beautiful collection. The packaging designs on everything is amazing, and the shades are perfect for the theme of the collection.
The ColourPop Limoncello Collection is set to launch this Thursday, the 18th of March at 10am PST, and I’ll update this post if any further information is revealed.
