ColourPop have launched the prettiest gemstone themed palette, and it’s the ColourPop All Amethyst Shadow Palette, which has launched as an ULTA exclusive ahead of launching on their website.
I’m really hoping it will launch on the ColourPop website, as it’s a palette I definitely want to add to my collection. Keep on reading to find out more…
ColourPop All Amethyst Shadow Palette
“Go all out pretty in purple with ColourPop’s All Amethyst Pressed Powder Palette. This palette features a mix of soft lilacs, icy amethyst, and vibrant purples to create show stopping looks.“
Towards the end of 2021, we saw ColourPop launch a range of gemstone-themed eyeshadow quads, and I was gutted they didn’t do nine-pan palettes themed around gemstones, as I felt like the four-pan quads were quite limited on looks you could create.
I really hope the ColourPop All Amethyst Shadow Palette is a hint at a whole gemstone series coming, as this palette is so much prettier and more versatile than the Agate ‘purple’ palette within their gemstone quad collection.
ColourPop All Amethyst Shadow Palette Shades:
- Top Row: Brilliant (metallic icy pale lilac), High Grade (metallic pale orchid), Trigonal (matte dusty periwinkle with pink pinpoints)
- Middle Row: Feb’s Gem (matte muted lilac), Sunbird (metallic icy amethyst), Thyst or That (matte muted deep taupe)
- Bottom Row: Amulet (metallic vivid violet), Crystal Crazy (matte muted purple), Royal Affair (matte deep grape)
I think ColourPop have done an amazing job on the packaging, with the cute little stars which are carried through to the inside of the palette too.
We’ve seen swatches this week, on social media of the ColourPop All Amethyst Shadow Palette, and it looks like a really pretty, pigmented palette and I can’t wait to get my hands on it!
