Clinique Solar Pop Powder Pop Flower Bronzer Review

I really like Clinique makeup as a whole, especially their cheek products, so I had to buy the Clinique Solar Pop Powder Pop Flower Bronzer when it launched, as it looked so beautiful. The Clinique Cheek Pop Blushers are one of my all-time favourite blusher formulas, so I knew I’d enjoy the bronzer, as it features the same formula.

Clinique Solar Pop Powder Pop Flower Bronzer Review

The Clinique Solar Pop Powder Pop Flower Bronzer launched last year back in May, and launched alongside a Flower Highlighter, and I bought them both. It is a limited edition bronzer, but Clinique are known for repromoting popular shades, like their Celebration Pop Highlighter.

The Clinique Solar Pop Powder Pop Flower Bronzer is £26.50 / $33.50, and contains 0.31 oz / 9 g of product. The bronzer is packaged within a clear, plastic compact, just like their Cheek Pop Blushers, and the Powder Pop Flower Highlighter features the same packaging design.

The design of the pan on both the Clinique Solar Pop Powder Pop Flower Bronzer and the highlighter are so beautiful, with a raised gerbera design, and the design still looks almost the same even with regular use. It’s such a pretty design, and is different to any other Clinique bronzers in the range.

Clinique Solar Pop Powder Pop Flower Bronzer Review

There’s just one shade available for the Clinique Solar Pop Powder Pop Flower Bronzer, and it’s Solar Pop. In the pan it does look quite dark, but it has a lovely, sheer yet buildable formula, so it works for my very pale skin, but would look equally beautiful on darker skintones than mine too.

It’s described as having a ‘soft matte’ finish, but it’s not at all matte. It does actually contain shimmer particles, which you can see in the photo above.

It imparts a pretty sheen to the skin, which looks so natural, and it also works nicely as an eyeshadow too. If you like the formula of the Cheek Pop Blushers, you’ll love the Clinique Solar Pop Powder Pop Flower Bronzer. I really hope Clinique make it part of their permanent range, as it’s such a nice bronzer, plus it looks so beautiful too!
