The Clarins Double Fix Mascara is a 2-in-1 clear top coat mascara, which has been designed to provide a lifted lash effect for the eyelashes, and setting your brow hairs in place for up to 12 hours – allowing you to use the product on both your natural lashes, and your brows all-in-one.
