The brand has had Eye Colour Magic Liner Duos which were designed to complement different eye colours. Nobody really ever talked about the liner duos, but I think the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Exagger-Eyes Matte & Metallic Double Ended Eyeliner concept is a little more intriguing.
This new liner is designed to have two different eyeliner finishes in the one pencil. The Hollywood Exagger-Eyes Matte & Metallic Double Ended Eyeliner is a long-wear, dual-ended liner to make eyes look wider & brighter. The matte black defines eyes & the metallic champagne makes them pop!
