I featured the Chantecaille Hummingbird Eye Quartet a couple of weeks ago, and I decided I had to showcase the Chantecaille Perfect and Blur Finishing Powder too as it’s such a beautiful both inside and out. Every year, Chantecaille launch an animal based collection which helps to raise money for that animal’s conservation, and this spring it’s the Hummingbird collection which features two eyeshadow palettes, a face and body cream, four glossy lip tints and a Perfect Blur Finishing Powder.

Chantecaille Perfect and Blur Finishing Powder
The Chantecaille Perfect and Blur Finishing Powder is an ultra fine instant blur powder that smoothes and perfects the complexion. The weightless finishing formula helps skin appear softly filtered and flawless. The long-lasting gel-powder is infused with a special combination of optically correcting pearls and blurring spheres to filter out imperfections.
Ingredients
Mica, Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate, Diphenyl Dimethicone/Vinyl Diphenyl Dimethicone/Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer, Methyl Methacrylate Crosspolymer, Peg-12 Dimethicone, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Agar, Carrageenan, 1,2-Hexanediol, Amorphophallus Konjac Root Extract, Ceratonia Siliqua (Carob) Gum [Ceratonia Siliqua Gum], Titanium Dioxide (Ci 77891), Iron Oxides (Ci 77491, Ci 77492).
The Chantecaille Perfect and Blur Finishing Powder is £76 and contains 8 grams of product. I can never believe how expensive Chantecaille products are, but they are a super luxe brand so the prices are to be expected, and the packaging is on another level with this collection. This powder is packaged within a beautiful orange compact, with the most amazing hummingbird on the front.
It doesn’t get much fancier than that, and inside the compact there’s a mirror and the powder pan features a beautiful design as well. The Chantecaille Perfect and Blur Finishing Powder has almost a starburst design, and it just looks so pretty in the compact. The prices are high for this collection, but I really do think it’s my favourite Chantecaille collection to date, and it’s limited edition too, so it won’t be around for long.
